Community-Powered Support: Using Digital Communities to Power Student Success

Students that have easy access to support, where and when they need it the most are more likely to stay on track, understand expectations, and overcome challenges outside the classroom. Digital communities paired with traditional support services create a safe space for students to connect with peers, coaches, and advisors so they can work together to address common questions, provide critical advice, and lift each other up when times get tough. Join us Thursday, March 30 at 11 am MT to learn how digital communities increase a sense of belonging and decrease the cost of support.

During this time we’ll share how digital communities:
- Can decrease individual support requests to student success leaders by more than 23%.
- Provide a highly scalable, engaging, and on-demand support experience outside of regular business hours.
- Promote a sense of belonging and well-being that has proven to increase student satisfaction.
