Your Role: Experience Design Lead

At InScribe, we’re proud of how we support and work with our partners. As the Experience Design Lead at InScribe, you will own our Community Engagement & Strategy, helping shape strategy we use to create highly successful online communities for students and stakeholders at our partner institutions and the future of our product.You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnership Success to make sure the voice of our community informs what we build and how we tell our story.

Day to day, you’ll report to our COO, Ana Hernandez, and work with our VP of Product, Veronica Skudlarczyk, and an experienced cross-functional team at InScribe.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Strategy

  • Serve as our community-building expert, supporting excellence in adoption and outcomes for all partners.

  • Help schools build vibrant online communities that meet student needs.

  • Regularly review and refine community data and share success metrics and actionable insights that the Partnership Success team can use to help our partners meet their goals

  • Facilitate learning opportunities with our partners - from end-users to executive leadership.

  • Contribute to the development of resources, templates, and playbooks to enhance partner success.

  • Lead product and partner webinars, case study development, and other marketing content creation efforts to support sales and marketing.

  • Help build better engagement within and across existing InScribe partners by supporting activities such as gathering testimonials, establishing a user conference, and expanding the InScribe Support community.

Collaboration & Product Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Recommend new best practices, product features, and activities that maximize community success.

  • Collaborate with the product development team on feature design, user research, and prioritization

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of community management experience in higher education, ideally with a track record of building or scaling a community, user group, or partner network.

  • Passionate about higher education and building inclusive online communities.

  • Experience in SaaS product development

  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders throughout a sales and product launch and ongoing support lifecycle.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment

  • Organized and adaptable person who can juggle multiple priorities.

  • Clear, concise communicator who thrives in written, verbal, and video formats.

  • Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Familiar with Google Suite; bonus if you’ve used InScribe or similar community platforms.

  • Compensation $110,000 - $130,000 annually
